Demonstrating its continued commitment to achieving the best sound, Linn Products has launched a new stand-alone phono stage, Linn Uphorik. Combining performance and flexibility within any turntable set-up, the new Uphorik phono stage can be fine-tuned quickly and easily to perfectly match any system regardless of your turntable, tonearm and cartridge combination or brand. Uphorik represents a breakthrough in stand-alone phono stage design, and is developed from Linn’s reference internal phono stage, Urika. Owners of any brand or configuration of turntable set-up can benefit from the new technological advances, such as dual mono channel separation with internal shielding. There is also the option to internally solder the switches in order to fine-tune the configuration. A truly universal phono stage, Uphorik features separate inputs and circuits optimized for MM or MC cartridges, as well as RCA and XLR connections to let the owner choose those best suited to their system set-up.
