Why is there a delay in Sumiko getting replacement boards for the RC 1590 Preamp to an Authorized Rotel Repair Center? I brought my 1590 in for repair on 3/7/21 and as of today 5/18, the Digital board he needs has not arrived? Is it due to restructuring, supply chain??
Please reply, Thank You, Rob L.

Tim, the Technical support representative for Rotel products, called me this morning, in response to my comment above, sent yesterday. He said COVID delays have caused a longer arrival time for parts, and said the board should be available to the authorized Rotel Repair Center in about 2-3 weeks. Over the past few weeks I had thought that this may be the reason, but wanted to narrow down the cause. I appreciate his quick response to my concern. Thank you, Rob L.
